    Very happy

The SB440 is my second ZVOX system. I also have an SB380 (first generation, with only one Accuvoice level). I'm thrilled with both units. They add just enough clarity to the dialogue without sounding unnatural. ZVOX customer services is just as awesome as the quality of the sound from my soundbar and soundbase. Chris and Brian are extremely helpful. I did encounter one surprisingly rude, brusque customer service person who told me "we really need to move things along here" when I called for post-purchase support and was trying to explain my situation, but hopefully he was just having a bad day. I would totally recommend ZVOX, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

    unit exceeded expectations

I got one of the early SoundBases after discovering how bad the audio was on flat screen TVs. I lived with it for over a dozen years until the remote control died. Instead of replacing it, I looked at the new offerings and got the current model SoundBase and I'm happy I did. The new unit has tone controls and a built in DAC for newer TV monitors. But the biggest improvement was the integral subwoofer module which let me not just hear low notes (that I literally didn't know were there), but actually feel them. Several thumbs up all around.

Good value but my "scratch and dent" unit was a little more dented than I'd like, with two missing feet.

I own three Zvox soundbases and am very pleased overall. The sound quality is good, they're extremely easy to use (unlike every single competitor), and I think they're a good value. I had one unit fail and require return to the factory for repair, so I'd say reliability has been good but not great.

    Would order again

Had one that lasted about 15 years and finally bit the dust. Would not THINK of ordering one from anyone else. Quality is awesome
