Shipping Policy

We offer Free UPS Ground and/or USPS Priority Shipping on all ZVOX Speakers, Headphones and Hearing Aids, within the contiguous United States. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout for residents of Alaska and Hawaii. Once your order ships you will receive an email from us with a tracking number so that you will know when to expect your item(s). (Shipping may be delayed in the event of a national holiday or weather-related circumstances.) 

Expedited shipping is available at an added cost. Transit times begin once the order is processed and shipped (1 - 2 days). Once the package is consigned to the shipper ZVOX is not responsible for any 3rd party shipping delays. Expedited shipping costs are not refundable in the event of a shipper delay. 

When you purchase directly from ZVOX, you have 60 days to audition the product in your home. If you don't love it, for any reason, you can return it for a refund.
